Packasz is a Filipino reggae band in Davao City, Philippines. All members of the band are born and live in Davao City.
It all started in high school when they formed a band to make a farewell video for their teacher. They reunited after finishing their studies and focusing more on making music.
The current member of Packasz Band is Charles Barrete (Vocalist), Tracy Primo Freires (Drummer), Jay Bords Dizon (Bassist), and John Philip Ando (Keyboardist)
They started uploading song covers on Youtube and got the 1st popular song cover video "Put your head on my shoulder" an original song by Paul Anka garnered 1.5 million views and counting.
Packasz's first single ""Deremof" was released on February 2021 together with the official music video.
They continue to move forward and grow as a musician and uplift the Original Filipino Music in their country.
